Acrylic carpets. In the event of stains, always remove spilled liquids immediately with absorbent paper. Do not rub, as this will only make the stain worse. Repeat the operation until the spilled liquid is completely absorbed. We must warn you that it is normal for fluff to come out of acrylic carpets over a period of time (variable depending on the thickness of the carpet). All you need to do is vacuum and brush the carpet periodically. Do not pull out the protruding threads, but carefully cut them off with scissors.

Synthetic carpets. Regular vacuuming of these carpets is essential. As with other types of carpets, it is a good idea to immediately blot up any spills with a dry cloth; in the second step, use a slightly damp cloth to remove the stain. Finally, use a dry cloth to absorb the moisture from the carpet. If the stain does not come out, you can use a cleaning shampoo. Test the solution on a less visible area of ​​the carpet first. For stubborn stains, call for professional carpet dry cleaning.
